These two bangles have been hand shaped, soldered, hammered and textured so that they sparkle and shimmer in the light. The two bangles have been linked together via a free floating Puka Shell from Hawaii.
In Hawaii, the wearing of Puka Shells was traditionally thought to ensure a peaceful and safe voyage by those who wore them at sea. Today they are a favourite with beach and ocean lovers all around the World.
The Puka Shells used in this design are larger than those used in other pieces. They are thick and very strong and white in colour.
They are approx. 15-18mm in diameter and 5-7mm thick. Please note that each Puka shell is unique and yours will be similar to one in the photographs.
These handcrafted Beach Bangles are available in either 14kt Gold Fill or Sterling Silver.
Please indicate your bangle size at checkout. If you do not know your size form your hand like your putting a bracelet on and measure around the widest part of your hand and not your wrist. The average size is 8 inches (approx. 205mm).
